Post your benefit in this format please. The staff will look at at it and, if it is approved, will post here.
Please modify 1-5 and each rank as needed. The stronger the initial gain, the higher the technique should start at. The more the benefit can increase in strength, the bigger the gap should be between the first rank and last.
In the "long run", spending more points=more power, in all cases.
