Flaw Approval Empty Flaw Approval

Post  KitsuneWarlock Sun Nov 13, 2011 4:13 pm

Post your flaw in this format please. The staff will look at at it and, if it is approved, will post here.

Please modify 1-5 and each rank as needed. The more detrimental the effect, the higher the flaw should start at. The more the flaw can increase in strength, the bigger the gap should be between the first rank and last.

In the "long run", getting more points=bigger and more commonly annoying flaw.

Please quote this post to get the code for posting your flaw. It should be formatted correctly.

Tips for Getting your Flaw Approved:

-Do not do "anti-social" flaws, "bashful" flaws, "loner" flaws or "lone wolf" flaws. It is too tempting for RPG players to want to play the lone wolf, and while we cannot stop players from playing this character type, we will not award build points for players who don't like interacting with other players--especially in a feudal society like Saiken. Plus getting such a flaw would essentially make it so that you cannot participate in any major plots, with the armies of your clan, etc... We understand you can be a little shy or socially inept without being completely hermetic, but we do not encourage such characters to an extent that this cliche character type will be awarded with extra build points. No emo flaws without talking to a staff member about it first. "Insanity" must also be talked over with the staff. We want to make sure people fully understand what we mean by "Flaws will be enforced".

-To obtain any kind of "outside of society", "wild persona", "hermit", or "without manners" flaws you must talk to the staff. You cannot simply decide not to read certain important rules threads (such as Life in Saiken) and then give yourself build points and a flaw to make up for it. Some things in threads like this are simply things all characters controlled by PCs should know. Period. Even if they live in a cave in the woods. "Feral" is not allowed at this time. Even hengeyokai from the Realm of Animals know the basics of the celestial order and manners in the empire (even if they don't necessarily follow it all the time).

-Losing your flaws is HARD to do. Losing your flaws and keeping your build points is even harder. Breaking your character can result in lower grades, so please keep in mind what flaws your chose.
